These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of costcozy.com and purchases from COSTCOZY TRADING CORP. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, and Shipping Policy, subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the website only for lawful purposes. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We aim to describe and display our products accurately, including their style, features, materials, dimensions, and available colours. Product photographs are intended to represent the actual product offered. Screen settings, lighting, photography, and manufacturing tolerances may cause minor colour or appearance differences, but we do not intend to substitute a materially different model or style for the product represented.
Unless otherwise stated, prices on the Canadian website are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other known charges will be disclosed as required before you finalize the order. COSTCOZY does not intentionally advertise an unattainable price by adding undisclosed mandatory non-government fees at the end of checkout.
Before an order is submitted, you will have an opportunity to review the items, quantities, delivery information, price, and other order details and to correct errors. After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation or receipt electronically. The confirmation will contain the applicable order and contract information required by law.
An order may be declined or cancelled before shipment for legitimate reasons such as inventory unavailability, obvious pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfil the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
Payment must be made using a payment method offered at checkout. Payment services may be provided by third parties such as PayPal or an approved card-payment processor. Your use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Voluntary returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory cancellation, refund, warranty, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Promotions, coupons, and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, expiry dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, or usage limits disclosed with the offer. Unless expressly permitted, promotions cannot be combined. COSTCOZY may refuse or cancel misuse, fraud, or unauthorized reproduction of promotional offers.
The COSTCOZY name, logos, website design, original text, graphics, photographs, product presentation, and other content owned by or licensed to COSTCOZY are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
